Foundation, I no longer offer any free legal advice.
That means I do not answer questions for free at all -- not for
lawyers, forfeiture victims or crime victims, not even "just a quick
question."
I am available to consult on cases by the hour at my normal hourly rate
- $300 per hour. If you want to purchase a block of my time to
answer questions by phone, use the Paypal button below. Sorry I do not
accept credit cards directly, but you may use your credit card to make a
secure payment using Paypal. You may reserve up to two hours of
consultation time using this Paypal button. You may use the block of
time in smaller increments over several days. If you want me to
look over documents too, the same hourly rate applies to the time I
spend reviewing documents. For larger blocks of time, call first to make
arrangements - a written agreement may be required. Purchasing
consultation time does not obligate me to represent you in court or file
documents in your case. Before I enter my appearance as counsel in a
case I require a written retainer agreement and payment of a minimum
retainer fee, in an amount that is negotiated based on my estimation of
the complexity of the case.
